Tracy is a partner at Collinson I Greco. Tracy practices all aspects of litigation involving public entity defense, general liability, commercial and residential property, automobile, and catastrophic injury cases. She has been regional counsel for some of the largest big box retailers in the U.S. Her typical caseload involves wrongful death, catastrophic injury, significant property loss, and industrial injury. Tracy is a results driven advocate who aggressively defends in all phases of litigation. Tracy has taken numerous cases to verdict in a variety of areas, including transportation, auto, products liability, and premises liability. She has also prepared and filed numerous writs and appeals and successfully argued before the Courts of Appeal.
Prior to joining Collinson I Greco in 2023, Tracy was a partner at Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluk, LLP, where she worked for 17 years. A key to Tracy’s success is her ability to analyze complex legal issues and communicate solutions not only to her clients but to opposing counsel, jurors and the court. She prides herself on being able to think outside of the box using her depth of knowledge of the law and procedure to achieve favorable results for her clients.
Tracy has spent her life devoted to animal rescue. Growing up in a small Iowa town, it was not uncommon to have litters of feral kittens to raise or baby bunnies to bottle feed. As an adult, she served as a board member on the national Chesapeake Bay Retriever rescue and, in 2010, started her own California-based 501c3 animal rescue. Tracy and her husband have fostered well over 300 dogs, competed in national dog sports and raised tens of thousands of dollars for her own rescues and other local groups she supports.
In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband and two, young children, as they run circles around her, hopefully on a beach somewhere. She also loves traveling back home to Iowa to spend time with her family in the outdoors.
Tracy attended Whitter College of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2003. In 2000, Tracy received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Redlands.
Tracy is admitted to practice in all of the California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit. Tracy is an active member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and Orange County Bar Association
