The attorneys

Sergio has been practicing for more than 30 years in all aspects of litigation involving general liability, commercial and residential property, construction defects, automobile, and catastrophic injury cases.  Sergio has advised and served as counsel to Construction, Real Estate, and Bio-research companies.  He has provided defense for Developer-Builders such as The Martin Building Company in San Francisco.  He has successfully tried cases to verdict California. 

As a partner at Collinson I Greco, Sergio’s practice areas include personal injury, insurance defense, habitability defense, automobile accident defense, sexual abuse claims, UIM claims, and commercial and retail liability defense.

Sergio, in the past, has served as counsel to C.A.S.A., an advocate for neglected children and has worked with the Modest Means programs assisting low-income clients having family law disputes.  Sergio is also bilingual in Spanish.

Education

Sergio was a graduate of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he was on Law Review.  He started his practice in San Diego 1992 and has practiced in courts all over the State from San Francisco, Riverside and San Diego.  Sergio is a member of the California State Bar Association and is also admitted to the Federal District Courts in California.

Memberships

Sergio is admitted to practice in all of the California state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of California and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District.  He is also a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Riverside County Bar Association.
