Stacy is a senior associate at Collinson I Greco and she works exclusively on the firm’s Workers’ Compensation team. Stacy is an aggressive litigator who specializes in high exposure and complex claims for our clients. She is an experienced trial attorney and has successfully litigated complex issues before the WCAB for more than 15 years.
Stacy focuses exclusively on representing insured and self-insured employers in Workers’ Compensation defense and related matters. Stacy has successfully defended clients in all aspects of litigation involving the defense of employers and their insurance carriers and third-party administrators, and he works to resolve matters seeking dismissals of claims and resolution of claims through the settlement process. She litigates high-exposure work injuries, discrimination claims, as well as serious and willful issues. Stacy is responsible for negotiating the resolution of large loss claims and has assisted clients in subrogation recovery on third party credit issues.
Prior to joining Collinson, Daehnke & Inlow, Stacy worked for a large workers’ compensation firm defending clients. Stacy’s clients are engaged in a wide variety of businesses including public entities; transportation; construction; manufacturing; engineering; service; food service; hospitality; retail; and healthcare facilities. She handles work-related injuries, repetitive trauma, wage differential, and permanent and total disability cases. Stacy has successfully managed thousands of cases from initiation to resolution, appearing before WCABs throughout Southern California. Stacy works closely with medical case managers and adjusters to ensure swift resolution via settlement negotiation or trial. She has also collaborated with DIR’s Special Investigative Unit to identify potential insurance and medical fraud.
Stacy attended Chapman University Fowler School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2006. She attended the University of California at Los Angeles where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, in 2002.
Stacy is admitted to practice in all of the California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District.
