Litigation Experience and Results

Vicki is a partner at Collinson, Daehnke, Inlow & Greco, and an integral part of the firm. Prior to joining Collinson, Daehnke, Inlow & Greco, Vicki was a partner in a major, nationwide law firm for thirteen years. Vicki has earned a reputation as an attorney who creates effective and smart strategies to best mitigate the potential losses faced by her clients, while also appreciating her clients’ unique needs and concerns. Vicki has successfully defended an array of high-profile individuals, studios, arts and entertainment networks, pharmaceutical companies, licensed professionals, the hospitality industry and national retailers.

Her accomplishments have earned her the recognition of a national insurer in which she was named its National Defense Counsel Liaison wherein she serves as a consultant for attorneys throughout the United States advising them on defenses unique to the entertainment industry. She has successfully defended her clients’ First Amendment right to free speech and authored numerous anti-SLAPP motions, many of which have been affirmed by the California Court of Appeal. Vicki has also successfully tried many cases involving general liability and commercial business disputes.

Vicki has successfully litigated many cases involving general, hospitality and product liability, medical malpractice, governmental liability, business and commercial disputes. A key to Vicki’s success is her ability to analyze complex legal issues and communicate solutions not only to her clients but to opposing counsel, jurors and the court.

Education and Background

Vicki is a native to Southern California, born and raised in Lakewood. She received her Bachelor’s degree and her Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law.

During her down time, Vicki enjoys hiking the Santa Monica Mountains and writing fiction with her writer’s group. She also enjoys cooking for her large Italian family, who swear she should bottle her homemade salad dressing.

Memberships

Following her graduation from Western State University College of Law with a Juris Doctorate, Vicki was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996.  Vicki is also a member of the California Central District Court, the United States Court of Appeals. She is also a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
