Brad is a partner at Collinson, Daehnke, Inlow & Greco. He works out of the Las Vegas office.
Brad specializes in medical malpractice and healthcare-related litigation including medical board proceedings and hospital privilege matters. Brad defends physicians and other healthcare professionals against professional liability actions as well as defending physicians and other healthcare professionals before medical boards and in hospital privilege cases.
Brad is uniquely qualified to assist with state licensing and state regulatory compliance, having previously served as General Counsel for the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners. While at the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners, Brad investigated, reviewed and prosecuted numerous violations of the Nevada Medical Practice Act, NRS 630.001, et seq., including multiple medical malpractice allegations. Additionally, Brad represented the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners in all courts of Nevada, federal and state, including participating in oral arguments at the Nevada Supreme Court.
Brad is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried numerous jury trials. As a result, he has extensive experience in civil litigation including all phases of litigation.
Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno. He then earned his law degree from the University of Arizona, College of Law in Tucson, Arizona.
Brad spent his high school years in Reno, Nevada and participated in football, basketball and baseball. He also played college football at the University of Nevada, Reno.
Brad loves the outdoors and loves to fly fish.
Brad also studies the martial art of Aikido. He currently holds the rank of 3d kyu and is working on his 2d kyu rank. He hopes to obtain his black belt in the next couple of years.
Brad is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of Idaho and the State Bar of Arizona (currently inactive). Brad is licensed to practice before all courts of the state of Nevada and Idaho, as well as before the United States District Court: Districts of Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Tenth Circuit.
